Have you recently cleaned out your home? Or do you have a bunch of random glass jars, cups, vases and you are ready to get rid of them?

Well don’t throw those jars away just yet! Turn them into gifts for birthdays and holidays or give them a new purpose by making a few changes.

What if you don’t have any jars but you love DIY projects?

Mason jars can be found so cheap now in dollar stores, grocery stores and even online stores like here.

There really is nothing cooler than making something fun, useful and beautiful out of something that once might have been tarnished or trashed.

I have compiled a list of 22 projects that you can start right now with items in your own home or super inexpensive at your local dollar store.

A lot of these projects you can do with kids or my favorite, make a girls night out of it and have your friends come over to decorated with you!

I love that this project is perfect for a crafting room, kids play room, or a classroom for the teachers out there like my mom. I also have done this in my kitchen by putting fresh herbs in the jars and making a mini herb garden inside.

Succulents are huge right now! I see them especially now in weddings and parties instead of fresh roses, great money saver too! Succulents are drought friendly, hardly need any water or maintenance and are seriously a great gift for those we love that don’t have a green thumb.
