I love this technique and it really is so much easier than you know. Use cold pie crust, food coloring (like orange, red, yellow, green and brown), leaf cutters and paint brushes. Roll out the top dough slightly, one each leaf has been cut out than paint a drop of food coloring mixed with water onto rolled out dough. Bake normally!
