Are you obsessed with Game of Thrones? If so you must try this Game of Thrones Inspired Cocktails!
The final season of Game of Thrones is fast approaching, and we aren’t sure how to feel about it. It’s exciting but sad at the same time as we know this story is coming to an end this season. For seven season we have seen a pretty intense roller coaster of war, betrayal, heartbreak, new loves and lots of deaths. They are a few things that I totally geek out on, and Game of Thrones is one of my top five.
My love for the show was a slow burn that got better with time. It was my brother that brought it to my attention. At first, I watched a few episodes and had no idea what was happening, I just could not wrap my head around the show. And all I remember was him telling me to trust me you’ll like it. Of course, he knows me, so I did. It then got to the point where he was watching me watch the show. He was so entertained by my reactions that it helps us bond even more. Flash forward to the premiere of the eighth season, and we are beyond excited to see it.
These Game of Thrones Cocktails are inspired by events and characters we have grown to love. One of the best ways to see a new season of your favorite show is by hosting a watch party with your friends that are also obsessed. 1. Winter Is Coming
Found from Gruszkazfartuszka
The Stark Family have been saying “Winter Is Coming” since the beginning and now we are finally seeing the results of their famous words in this last season. This is a classic cocktail made in a fun new way! You can see how easy it is below!
Ingredients:
- Tonic water
- 30ml Gin
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
Instructions:
- Pour your tonic water into a container and place this in the freezer until your tonic water is completely frozen. Then, put some sugar in a shallow dish, and smear the edge of a martini glass with a little lemon juice. Roll the lemon juice-smeared edge into your sugar dish, so that the sugar sticks to it, then put the glass into the freezer.
- Take your frozen tonic water out, and crush it with a spoon. Put this in your (now chilled) martini glass. Pour the lemon juice and gin over the top.
