First of all thank you for reading! I have found making lollipops are a lot of work but there are definitely ways to make them easier like chocolate lollipops. I love this recipe for meringue lollipops! http://www.wilton.co.uk/unicorn-meringue-lollipops they are much easier to make and you can still mix and match fun colors! I hope this helps!
